This performance is about the artist conceptualizing the 'controlled' inhalation and exhalation of wisps of air, with the expectation of controlling their dispersion along a set route, repeating the series of actions to create a cycle.

 

Breathing is a human instinct and the process of controlling it is largely subconscious. The desire to control is one of the primordial human instincts and everyone wants to control something to a greater or lesser extent. The desire to control is an important regulatory and balancing mechanism within us. But nowadays, human control over ourselves and external objects have reached an unprecedented level of pathology, and we cannot stop the damage.
